Return Policy

 

I bought an item from your website. But this is not what I want. Can I give it back?

Yes, you can. But we do have some limitations for accepting back sold goods. The date of delivery and the date of return should not be more than 30 days apart. You will receive a credit note for the same amount from Sportsworld in 7 working days after we receive the returned goods at our office. You can use this credit note to purchase any product on www.Sportsworld.com.

Please make sure that the returned item(s) is/are in an unused state along with all the product tags and labels intact.

It took more than 7 days for the product to reach me. I want to return the product

We’re sorry it took so long for your order to reach you. If you still wish to return your purchase, please do not open the seal. We will take it back.

What do I do? I received a broken/damaged item.

We will take back the broken/damaged product and replace it with a new one. Please send us an email to support/sportsworld.com with a picture of the broken/damaged product.

The delivery timelines for your product would depend on two key parameters - a) the nature of product you've ordered and b) your shipping address.

 

Shipping Charges

•The shipping charges for your product would depend on 3 key parameters - a) the value of your order b) the nature of product you've ordered and b) your shipping address.

•If the value of your order is less than Rs. 500, we would charge a fixed amount of Rs 50 towards shipping charges. There would not be any additional charges in case the order value is above Rs 500 except on products or shipping locations that merits additional charges.

 

COD Charges

If the value of your order is less than Rs. 500, we would charge a fixed amount of Rs 100 towards COD charges.
