Nilanjan was appointed Executive Chairman in March 2015. He was previously Group Chief Executive of Holidaybreak Plc from 2010 until its sale to Cox and Kings Limited in 2014. During his career, Nilanjan also held a number of senior positions with Electronic Arts Inc, Amer sports and TCE sports Pte Ltd.

 

Anuj Kumar, CEO

A management graduate from KSOM Bhubaneswar, Anuj has spent years at marquee firms like P&G and McKinsey & Co., working on mundane things like Channel Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Corporate Strategy, M&A etc before deciding to follow his heart.

He is an avid tennis and badminton player and passionate about contributing to the sports fraternity in our country.

 

Arindam Layek, COO

Arindam, is a legendary cricket player with 12 Ranji titles to his credit. No wonder then that he is one of India’s most successful and admired sportspersons.

Apart from being a well-decorated sports champion, he also runs successful business institutions like the Arindam Cricket Academy.

Arindam brings his expertise and networks in the sports and fitness industry, while providing expert guidance in the field of operations.

 

Jyoti Rai, CFO

A management graduate from KSOM Bhubaneswar, Jyoti has spent years at marquee firms like P&G and KPMG, working on areas like Business Planning, Corporate Strategy, Finance, Corporate Restructuring etc. before deciding to take the plunge and pursue her passion for Sports.

She is a sports nut and plays multiple sports like cricket, football, volleyball. She also loves running and regularly participates in the mid distance running events. 

 

Aritra Pal, CMO

Aritra, is a legendary footballer with 5 English premiere league titles & 3 Spanish league titles & 2 UEFA Champions league to his credit. He is one of world’s most successful footballer of all time.
